- 2 med sweet potatoes
- 1 c chicken bone broth
- 1 milk (dairy or nut)
- 1-2 tsp. salt (to taste, add more or less if desired)
- 1/2 tsp chipotle powder
Garnish if desired
- 1/4 cup diced avocado
- 2-3 crushed tortilla chips
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake your sweet potato until tender. Remove potato skin, add to high speed blender along with the broth and milk of choice.
- Blend on low until smooth. Add salt and spices to taste. Serve with avocado and crushed chips over top.
