Serves 2



  1. 2 med sweet potatoes
  2. 1 c chicken bone  broth
  3. 1 milk (dairy or nut)
  4. 1-2 tsp. salt (to taste, add more or less if desired)
  5. 1/2 tsp chipotle powder

Garnish if desired

  1. 1/4 cup diced avocado
  2. 2-3 crushed tortilla chips


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake your sweet potato until tender. Remove potato skin, add to high speed blender along with the broth and milk of choice.
  2. Blend on low until smooth. Add salt and spices to taste. Serve with avocado and crushed chips over top.
